We were a little nervous
"We were a little nervous because the fan was a gift to us several years ago and there was always the possibility that the AC adapter would not fit or work properly, but it was perfect. We have this fan primarily for "loss of power" emergencies, when of course it runs on 8 D-Cell batteries, but it is nice to conserve the batteries when we do have power and this adapter allows us to do that."
