"This wand does exactly as it should. It arrived in a reasonable amount of time. The wand has a wick which requires replacement at some point. The second wick that was in the box was 3/4 of the length of the one that fits in the wand. I have emailed Customer Service twice now and have yet to get a response about getting a replacement wick of the appropriate size to me. Not impressed. Customer service can make or break ya!"
